Individuals £120 per 50 min session
Couples £150 per 50 min session 

All sessions require additional minimum 15 mins preparation time and 15 mins admin time which is included in the above fee.

BUPA referrals accepted.

Sessions available online (zoom) and by telephone. 

Sessions available Mon, Wed and Thurs 9-5pm. No out of hours sessions available.

Typical sessions required 16 (plus 1 optional follow up) although this is variable.

What can I expect from therapy at Tyneside Psychology Solutions?

We offer a bespoke therapy package tailored to your individual needs. This may be one specific therapy or an integration of the range on offer to work with your difficulties to best effect.

You will receive a professional service from a clinical psychologist with extensive experience of working with adults with the full range of mental health difficulties. Professional registration with numerous bodies that require continued training and supervision guarantees that the service you receive is of a high quality.

Professional clinical supervision is at the heart of the delivery of safe and effective therapy. We offer supervision from numerous perspectives including Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy/ Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (not BABCP).

If you would like to discuss the options available for clinical supervision, please get in touch.

Supervision is charged at £120 for 60 mins. Group supervision can also be offered by request.
