I have a special interest in working with clients who have experienced PTSD particularly complex PTSD and trauma and can provide a range of treatments including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I have experience of working within a Bariatric service supporting clients with eating issues on their path to and from bariatric surgery.

I have a background in delivering further and higher education courses as well as charitable sector and NHS professional training programmes. I currently work in partnership with the local authority to deliver public health courses.

I am a qualified Cognitive Analytic Therapy practitioner and supervisor and can deliver supervision that integrates numerous perspectives including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy/Mindfulness and Cognitive Analytic Therapy.
