'Working together to find your way forward.'

Cumbria Psychologist offers psychological and talking therapies that get to the crux of your issues. I have extensive experience in working with acute and chronic mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and low mood, OCD, PTSD, addictions, sexual issues and eating issues. I specialise in relational issues and work with adult individuals and couples / relationships.

Therapy can support you to develop knowledge and skills to use to maintain your well-being and relationships after therapy has ended. It can help to 'rewire' your nervous system to feel calmer as you move forward with your life so that you can feel less stuck and trapped by your emotions. It can also help you to make changes that improve your relationships with others.
Intervention offered is typically 16 sessions.

I have experience of working with neurodiversity such as Autism, Attention Deficits Issues (ADHD), Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and High Sensitivity (HSP).
